Insurance
-Roadside Picnic is insured through -Topdanmark- insurance with policy no. E9842 208 383, which covers damage to third party property and persons.
-This means that if you accidentally cause damage to the rented property, or a third party who is not participating in the event, -Topdanmark- insurance will handle the damage in consultation with your liability insurance.
-If you have an accident while participating in an event, your own accident insurance will cover it.
-If someone causes you damage, it can only be a legal dispute between you and the person causing the damage. Roadside Picnic is also not involved here.
Behavior & Responsibility
-Roadside Picnic does not take responsibility for the behavior and personal safety of individuals.
You acknowledge that when you register for an event hosted by Roadside Picnic, you assume full responsibility for your own actions and acknowledge that you are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations.
-As a participant, you bear a great responsibility for the game being held in the right spirit.
Therefore, it is expected that you as a participant take the event seriously and follow the organizer's instructions. It is expected that you as a player behave properly and in the spirit of the game.
We always encourage you to think about what provides the best experience for everyone.
-If you discover a civilian, the game must be STOPPED immediately! NICELY ask the civilian to leave the area, give the civilian the organizer's phone number. Contact the game organizer and explain the incident.
Under 18?
-You may participate in Roadside Picnic events if you are over 16 years of age and are accompanied by a guardian who is over 18 years of age, and that you have your parents/legal guardian's written permission to participate.
-Money back.
-Failure to attend mandatory cleanup
Cancelled events:
-If the event is cancelled by the Danish Defence, for reasons described in the rental document, you will not compensated you ticket price.
-If the event is cancelled due to minimum amount of players not reached. You will be compensated an amount. -The amount is equivalent to the money that has not yet been invested in the event, from ticket sales, divided between all participants. You cannot therefore expect a full compensation.
-If the event is cancelled due to illness in the Event crew. You will be compensated a free ticket. There is no money back guarantee.-If you are prevented from partacipating at an event you have a ticket for, it is not the organizers' responsibility to compensate you.
-You are welcome to use the event pages and social media to sell your ticket to another player, at either the same or a lower price. Selling at a higher price is not allowed.
Mandatory clean up:
-When buying a ticket for a event, you automatically sign up for the mandatory cleanup when the event is over. If you fail to participate without direct coordination with the main organizer, Henrik Alrø, You will be requested a fee of 500kr to cover the extra expense for a cleanup crew. If you fail to pay the fee within the given time a reminder fee of 100kr will be request for every 10 weekday without paying. If failure to pay within 30 days of the original request the fee will be given to SVEA Inkasso
-Other participants are not to be burdened with extra cleanup duties due to your missing participation.
Safety
-It is your responsibility to be properly protected when there are loaded airsoft weapons.
-It is your responsibility to be properly protected when shooting at each other.
-You cannot blame others for your bad luck if you do not follow the rules issued by LAW regarding personal protection during airsoft games.
-Since distances can quickly be difficult to assess, you must always be so well protected that you can be shot at within 6 m. It is not desirable for this to happen. But it does happen.
-Physical safety. It is your own responsibility to move around the rented property. The property does not meet any safety regulations, so you must exercise EXTREME caution when you are in the area.
In the case of an accident
1# Stop the accident, shout “Break Break personal injury”.
Everyone freezes in their current place and listens to what is happening.
2# Assess whether it is life-threatening, Yes/No.
-If YES, call 112, and then the organizer. Attend to the person, the organizer will contact rescue personnel and guide them to the injured person.
-If NO and it is a general personal injury, contact the organizer. The organizer will then take over and attend to and help the person to a safe place, from where it can be assessed whether the person needs an ambulance, companion transport or that the person is able to recover.
The organizer has personnel trained in dealing with general injuries.
The organizer does not take responsibility for medical transport of people to hospital or elsewhere.
In case of damage to the property, stop the accident and contact the organizer.
In case of personal injury to a third party. Follow 1# and 2#.
