Our vison
We have a goal to host a MILSIM where you as the player is given the opportunity to have a unique experience, but we as organizers try not to micromanage you as a player and therefore we cannot guarantee the experience you will have.
Mainly because we cannot control the behavior of every player at the event.
Our experience in hosting events lays in an untold amounts of events between the years 2000 and 2012 where we helped build up the Danish MILSIM scene.
In our professional line of work we do planning and execution of said plans on a daily basis.
We work hard and are mindful about our communication to you as a player.
At each event there will be a number of factions you can register for. These factions speak to different types of players and to what you would like to experience at an AIRSOFT EVENT or MILSIM EVENT.
Each faction is split up into TEAM, that are compused of several airsoft Squads.
Here you can read a brief summary of what the three common factions have as their main focus above is a task description, we would call this a simple mission, more complex and difficault missions are to be expected. Depending on the faction you join, pleas read to event info for more indebs information regarding missions and scenario for an upcoming event
In the registration form you will be greeted by a number of questions that will give you a good indicator of which faction you should choose.

-At most MILSIM EVENTS, the tasks will not form a unified story but be smaller parts in the big story.
How are they organized?
Before the event, everyone will be divided into TEAMs. These are set by the organizer and are to create a balance between teams and tasks, precisely to create a good experience for everyone during the task and and the game.
Teams will be composed of people in the order of +/- 8 people. We will NOT split up teams that have registered together if they do not exceed 10 people!
We therefore encourage you to refer to people or teams you would like to play with in your registration. We encourage you to coordinate who can function as
TEAM Leader, Section Commander,
Radio Man,
Primary LMG gunner etc.
Our first TEAM draft in the event info is ALWAYS just a draft. Where you can provide your inputs.
This is an illustation of a TEAM that is put together from
several smaller Squads.
-It is expected that you as a player comes to the event with the intention of playing fairly and in the spirit of the game.
-That you behave properly, respect others, the property we play on and the words of the organizers.
-It is expected that you play the game within the framework of the game, as everyone else does. If a conflict with a player arises, that you try to resolve the conflict at the lowest level, if this is not possible, that you are an adult and withdraw, talk to an organizer about it and find a reasonable solution.
We can all get angry and say things.
-It is expected that you are on time and leave when the event ends.
If there is a joint cleanup, you are expected to actively participate in this.
-The most important thing, is that you express your opinion and attitude in a constructive way, so that Roadside Picnic can grow with the help of your feedback.
